In February of 2025 ERG completed the installation of a Kohler generator on my home. Since then, we have experienced two power outages, and the Kohler generator has worked great. This past November 17, 2025, a member of Brady's crew, Drew, installed the Kohler Cellular package on my generator. I also chose to use ERG's dealer monitoring option with the cellular package. My wife and I are very satisfied with our generator choice and the additional monitoring package. We found Brady, Nate and the other crew members to be very easy to work with. We found Drew on the installation of the Kohler Cellular package to be very patient with helping us get the Kohler App installed on our smart phone. All in all, I find it very easy to recommend ERG, the entire crew members we have met, and the Kohler product line that ERG offers. We are very pleased with our choice in doing business with ERG.
